Meet the Manager

Charmaine McRonald is the Nursery Manager at Victoria Street.

My name is Charmaine. I started working for Summers Nursery in October 2012 as a Nursery Assistant and have held a variety of progressively more senior roles including Assistant Room Leader and Maternity Cover Assistant Manager on 2 occasions.

I have completed my SVQ level 3 and I am currently studying for my BA in Childhood Practices at The University of Aberdeen.

I thoroughly enjoy working at Summers having been here for a very long time. Summers is like a family to me, a family that continues to expand. I have had the pleasure of being a part of so many families over the years, seeing children develop and grow and being able to be a part of that is wonderful.

Charmaine's Qualifications Include:

• SSCYP Level 7 in Child Care and Education
• BA in Childhood Practices- Studying currently
• Autism Awareness
